Dr. Djavad Mowafaghian, CM, OBC

The entire UBC Development and Alumni Engagement team was deeply saddened to learn of the recent passing of Dr. Djavad Mowafaghian, CM, OBC. A dear friend of UBC, Dr. Mowafaghian was a man of immense generosity and kindness who sought to improve access to healthcare and education for all. His remarkable acts of philanthropy, and in particular his unwavering dedication to helping children, will continue to have a transformative impact on our communities for generations to come.
