This distinctively diverse constellation of disciplines makes us strong, resilient and uniquely poised to take the actions that will define the future.
From nanoscale electronic devices that power communications to advancing healthcare and the design of entire cities, the work of UBC Applied Science and the professional disciplines we represent span the entire human-centred environment that we have built around us.
Applying new knowledge to manage the impact of human activities and develop innovative solutions for a more healthy, inclusive and equitable world is at the core of what we do.
