I am not a runner. With heavy feet and cramping calves I'll force myself to jog every now and then. Yet somehow I have a whack of awesome memories of racing with Andrew: Nike Human Race, Run for the Cure, Chip's Not Dead Yet Memorial Mile. Andrew's infectious and positive attitude is inspiring, best of luck to the future recipients of this award.

I have so many memories of Andrew, especially during our time at UBC. From the very first time we met (he still had that Colorado twang) to our graduation celebrations five years ago. My greatest memories are of the travelling adventures we took on together. Starting out small with weekends in Seattle and Victoria, to visiting his family in Denver, to fulfilling my dream of going to Disneyland and culminating in an amazing four week tour of Europe. Andrew was a wonderful partner in travel and in life. I will think of him always when travelling in the future, in hope that in some way he can see new places through my eyes. I will love and miss him always.
