Tammy was born in Armstrong, BC and showed a very independent, fun-loving and vivacious nature at a young age.  She loved learning new things, and had a passion for knowledge.

Tammy was the person who always showed compassion, empathy, and friendship to everyone she knew.

During her educational years, she took many courses at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary, and grew to love real estate.  When she finished taking real estate courses she decided that she had finally found a career that she really loved.

She eventually became a Property Manager, and moved back to Kelowna, BC to be closer to her mom.

Tammy is survived by her mom, Vivian Fipke and her close extended family.

In honour of Tammy’s commitment to her work as a property manager, and a nod to her hometown of Vernon, your gift will support students in the Faculty of Management at UBC Okanagan.
