There is no time to waste. We must act now to build sustainable, adaptable systems that can thrive in the face of global change. The UBC Farm is a vital part of this response—fostering research, community engagement, and hands-on learning in sustainable agriculture to help shape a more resilient and equitable future.
These challenges can feel overwhelming. But what if change starts right at the root of our communities?
The UBC Farm is strategically upgrading its infrastructure to meet today’s demands and prepare for tomorrow’s. At the heart of this effort is the construction of a purpose-built Farm Centre—a facility that will strengthen the Farm’s capacity for collaboration, innovation, and impact. This new building will support ongoing research and education, allowing us to expand our programming and reach.
The enhanced facility will enable cutting-edge research and knowledge exchange on some of the most pressing issues of our time: climate change, food security, and sustainable agriculture.
Your support will help shape the future of food.
By donating to the UBC Farm Building Project, you’re investing in the next generation of leaders—creating a space where students, researchers, and communities can come together to develop innovative, adaptable, and responsible solutions for a better world.
