At the Centre for Sustainable Food Systems at UBC Farm, that work is already underway.
Thanks to donor support, Phase One of the new Farm Centre—critical infrastructure and site upgrades—is in progress. Now, we must act quickly to complete Phase Two and bring the vision fully to life.
Phase Two adds a commercial teaching kitchen and operational hub—transforming the Farm into a true “farm-to-fork” learning environment where food is grown, processed, prepared, and shared.
