The Harmandeep Kaur Memorial Fund was created by UBC Okanagan students, faculty and staff together with her friends and family as a way of honoring her life and legacy.

Harmandeep came to Canada to build a better life. Like so many young people, she planned to move her life and dreams forward through education. In a fitting tribute to her memory and promise, the fund will be used to establish an award for international students coming to UBC Okanagan, helping them to fulfill their own dreams and ambitions for a brighter future.
